My husband and I had a pleasant stay at The Novotel on Stevens in Singapore. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they accommodated an early check-in for a small fee. The staff, especially Deepika, were very friendly. The hotel grounds had a very relaxing area with sofas and swing chairs lending to a lovely evening ambience. There were many types of restaurants around the hotel grounds for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even a Seven Eleven if you cared for a midnight chip snack! The location was in a quiet residential area and the hotel offered numerous daily shuttle bus services to/from Orchard Road. I would recommend the Novotel on Stevens to anyone.

The hotel is located in a residential area, very quiet and close to the city center. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has plenty of equipment and the two swimming pools are perfect either to swim or just relax. During our stay, we had access to the 2nd floor lounge to enjoy the evening cocktail with a great choice of food and beverage. A big thank you to Thaua, Sean, Chaw, Sofia and all the members of the team who are always very attentive and caring. We will come back there for our next stay in Singapore.

We had an amazing experience here. We used the meeting room for our training program for a period of 2 days. The meeting room was beautiful and it had a natural light access and a view to a wonderful green garden. Ms Wei Ling, Ms Jasmin, and Ms Ssu from sales department were truly kind and professional. They immediately responded to all our requests and went for an extra mile to ensure our comfort. The food and snacks were great during the coffee break and lunch, the Sea-bass dish was outstanding, thanks to the wonderful Chef. We will definitely be back here soon.

It was good! Pool was great as was the breakfast.

I liked staying here but it’s hard to walk anywhere as it’s a cab ride away from most thing’s to do. Easy tp get a cab tho if you download Grab app. Largish room but a little tatty. Needs refurbishment. Good aircon, good shower. If you can manage in a smaller room The Mercure has the same amazing breakfast as the two hotels are adjacent and share the dining space.. What stands out about the Mercure is the reception staff- they are helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! It’s worth staying at the Mercure for that reason but- if you need larger accommodation- the Novotel wins. Wonderful breakfast - so good to have choices of the four different cultures that make up Singapore. Wonderful having curry for breakfast Or amazing prawn soup with all the trimmings Or eggs and toast! Or salad with your egg fried rice and Kim chi So many choices!
